With over 5,800,000 sq ft of real estate developed and under development  and a long-track record of active investment and asset management, the Elandis management team understands the diverse real estate market dynamics across our target regions. From global macroeconomic trends to local regulatory challenges, we have the in-house skills and insight needed to execute informed, timely investments. We manage properties throughout the entire ownership cycle.

Our long history of real estate transactions has resulted in an impressive commercial and residential property portfolio in key cities such as Buenos Aires, Miami, Tampa, New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Panama City.  Our current and former blue-chip tenants include Credit Suisse, American Express, 20th Century Fox, Scotiabank, Ericsson, Cable & Wireless, Sacyr, Huawei, several major call centers and a foreign embassy. Our investments since 2010 include the acquisition of more than 1,800 rental residences across the United States, a landmark partnership with Hyatt Hotels to roll out its ‘Hyatt Place’ concept across Brazil and one of Montevideo’s first major logistic parks. We continue to seek opportunities that meet our investment and brokerage criteria. As an owner-operator, we actively target properties where we can improve both the asset and the environment through superior, hands-on management, while maintaining a careful balance between location, property and tenant types. Harnessing this knowledge and expertise, we are able to broker property deals to the benefit of all parties involved.

Property Development

Elandis has developed numerous commercial, residential and retail properties globally. At Elandis we pursue strategic investments in various asset classes. Our approach is to back local development partners in executing projects and we are happy to act as an active financing partner where required. We will work with world-class contractors and design teams to create a finished product in line with the development vision.

We believe passionately in creating a built environment that not only meets investor objectives but makes a positive contribution to local communities. This means deploying local construction talent wherever possible, choosing designs and approaches that complement and reinforce cultural identity, and minimizing the disruption associated with the development process.

Working in partnership with land owners, architects and contractors throughout the Americas we have strong ambitions for responsible property development that serves the needs of communities, businesses and the hospitality industry. Our experience runs from initiation through to the final stages of execution and delivery. Property Management

The Elandis property management team is primarily engaged in renovating and improving our real estate portfolio. We also offer a full range of property management services to third-parties such as property owners, investors and homeowner associations requiring our experience. We aim to provide clients with a suite of services tailored to their specific needs. The result is ‘best practice’ management by an expert organization with a demonstrable track-record in both property investment and management.

Specialized maintenance teams optimize living conditions for residents, reducing tenant-turnover, raising occupancy and rent rates, and upholding long-term asset values. We manage a growing portfolio of homes across the United States.

Our scope of services spans the entire property management lifecycle, such as routine maintenance, repairs, inventory and revenue management, credit control, rental agreements and insurance negotiation, legal intervention and case management.

For homeowner associations, we provide fully-outsourced capabilities such as staffing, service charge collection, administration, finance and reporting, housekeeping, maintenance and landscaping. For self-managed associations, we can augment their executive teams with services such as budgeting, accounting and delinquency collection.
