Elandis Sells The Forest Apartments in Houston, TX

Elandis is pleased to announce the successful sale of The Forest, a 192-unit multifamily apartment community located in Houston, Texas.

This transaction represents a significant milestone in our portfolio strategy and underscores the strength of our value-add execution. Following a targeted capital improvement program and operational enhancements, the asset outperformed underwriting expectations.

We are proud to report that the investment in The Forest delivered a very attractive cash-on-cash return and mid-teen overall returns to our investors—further validating our disciplined, hands-on asset and property management approach.

The sale reflects our continued commitment to strategic portfolio optimization and long-term value creation across our U.S. multifamily platform.
